A trip to the Zoo

A few church mommies and I took our kiddos to the Zoo! The last time Ray and I took the girls to the Zoo was around their nap time so they did not enjoy it as much as this time.

Raychel was so excited to go to the Zoo. On the way there she kept asking me if we were there yet, and she was naming all the animals she wanted to see. Once we got there the girls got to see all the animals they wanted to see! They had a blast seeing all the animals and playing in the little play area they have there for the kiddos! We all head a great lunch together and overall a great day!

 I am so proud of my girls, they did so good listening to mommy! It is so nice when everything goes smoothly and they are not throwing tantrums! It was a great day and I enjoyed every minute of it with my girls! Thanks husband of mine… because of your hard work, I am able to stay home and do all these great things, and have/make all these great memories with them! I thank you Lord for my husband!

Weekend Recap – Part I

Friday night my church was having a CHICK night and I invited my girlfriends to come along with me. It was such an amazing time of worship and some heartfelt ministry. It was such a blessing to have been there… God had a powerful word for every women there! A huge blessing! I am so happy that Marissa, Meagan and Brandi made it to CHICK night!!! I love these girls and I am so blessed to have had this experience with them! After an amazing time at the church together we headed to Chevy’s for some late dinner and to keep the chick night going 😉 .

Stay tuned for part II (bible study at Marissa’s)

{Autistic Camp}

A group of people from my church headed to Arroyo Camp to spend sometime with autistic kids and kids with other disabilities, before we headed over we prayed that our group would be the light in the darkness, and that these kids and adults will know God by our love for them.

When we got there all the kids were watching a puppet show and after we all went up this hill to roast some marshmallows! It was a lot of fun hanging out with these kids, we sang, we danced a little, we roasted marshmallows… and it was just really nice to be able to spend time with them and make them feel good about themselves, and just see them laugh and have a good ol’ time!

There is this cute little guy name Josh and he nick-named our friend Julianna “cupcake” hahaha! It was super cute! I think we are going to keep that nick-name for her… haha!

~I am just so thankful that myself, husband, and our girls are healthy… and we are able to walk, run, jump, dance, move, talk, do tons of things that we take for granted sometimes. I am just so thankful to God for blessing me and my family with a healthy life.

God bless these kids!

~Luke 14:12-14
“When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers, or relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid. But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”
