My number 1 real estate agent!

  I love this man!! He truly is amazing!
His career is no doubt one of the most stressful jobs out there. As most of you know being a real estate agent you are self employed, so this means if he doesn’t list a home or find a home for his clients he doesn’t get paid. this is not your average Monday through Friday 8-5 job, no, you have to actually get out there and work or else there is no paycheck! Your mentality has to be strong, and positive, because you will hear tons of “No’s” and rude people who have nothing but bad words coming out of their mouth. Being a real estate agent isn’t easy, there is more behind the sense then his commission you see at the end of the closing. Specially, now, in this market, you have to work twice as hard to find those clients and get them to list with you. Anyway, I can go on and on, but all I want to say is that I am so proud of my amazing husband for his hard work and courage to take on a career like this. Thanks for providing for me and our girlie’s, babe!!
the blue is his pendings and the green are his solds! his goal is to sell 75 homes!
 this pic, of course, was before I cut my hair 😉
PS this was part of our date night. after dinner and a movie (10pm) we went to his office so he can get some papers for his clients ASAP. Talk about dedication!!
This is your agent if you leave in the east bay!
ready for our date night

A New Season

This is how our place looked…

now it looks like this…

 This weekend, this place will be empty!

We are doing it! We are moving! This will be a start to a new season in our lives. My parents offered us an offer we couldn’t say no to. They offered us to move in with them. We told them our plans of buying next year in Blackhawk (Danville)!! And my parents suggested that we move in with them, for a year, so we can save a-heck-of-a-lot more. We decided to go for it and move in with them.

 We are also in the process of buying two investment properties! On one of the investment properties we are just waiting on the bank (Its a short sale)!

 I am so grateful that my parents are opening their doors for us, that way we can save more and buy these investments properties and our home!! I am so thankful for all the blessings God has poured out to us! Because of Him, we will be able to buy investment properties and next year our home in Blackhawk!! I am so grateful for a husband who works so hard for us, so that we may have the best. Our original plan was to stay living in this place and just keep saving to buy a home in Blackhawk before Raychel starts kindergarten. One of the reasons we want to buy in Blackhawk is the schools. They are one of the best schools. The elementary school is actually an award winning school. Ray wants nothing but the best for his little girls. So, by the grace of God and the hard work of my dear husband, everything seems to be going as planned or even better with this offer from the parents!

I have been so busy packing and moving that I really haven’t had so much time to blog. I will probably be MIA all next week and the week after, but I will definitely be reading all your guys is posts on the hubs iPad ;). I might have some scheduled posts as well :).

Yay for a new season in our life!

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:

a time to be born and a time to die,

a time to plant and a time to uproot,

 a time to kill and a time to heal,

a time to tear down and a time to build,

a time to weep and a time to laugh,

a time to mourn and a time to dance,

 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,

a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,

 a time to search and a time to give up,

a time to keep and a time to throw away,

a time to tear and a time to mend,

a time to be silent and a time to speak,

a time to love and a time to hate,

a time for war and a time for peace.

{Blackhawk Plaza & Daddy’s Office at J. Rockcliff}

Last week, my sister, the girls and I headed to blackhawk plaza to hang out and feed the ducks. The girls have so much fun there, they love feeding the ducks and playing on the playground. After a nice little time of walking the plaza we headed to Ray’s office which is right next to the plaza. The girls love to go visit daddy at his office, and daddy loves when his little girls come to see him at work!
Ray just hired a new assistant (Lori) to help him out with all the paper work, since he is becoming more and more busy (praise God!). It is such a blessing to see my husbands business grow! I am so excited that Lori will be apart of our team, and she will be in this journey of growing with us! I know we are going to reach the stars! My husband is such a hard worker and very motivated, he is not lazy whatsoever! He is not only determined on reaching his goals, but going beyond them.
With God all things are possible!  Our success we owe it all to you Lord.

{A Brand New Love}

I don’t know what the deal is with me, because there are all these BEAUTIFUL places near me and I don’t even know about them! I went on a play-date with a friend of mine (Megan) and her son (Gavin). Megan told me to meet her at the Blackhawk plaza which is only 5 mins from my house. When the girls and I arrived to the plaza, we fell in love right away!! It is so beautiful… they have a duck pond, a park, great food, and lots of nice little shops! This by far will be mine and our girls hang out and not only that but it’s right by daddy’s (Ray) new office!! Yes, Ray has a new office in Blackhawk, he switched companies and is now with J. Rockcliff!! We are very excited and believe this is the PERFECT move for him and for us!! (more of ray moving to J. Rock in another post 🙂 ). The girls loved this park, they had a lot of fun feeding the ducks (Oceana was a bit scared at first, but then warmed up to them). It is just gorgeous there!

where is your favorite park and what cool features does it have?
