Ephesians 5:33
However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

1 Corinthians 11:7A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but the women is the glory of man.

{My Sister Says Yes to the Dress!}

 Last Thursday my mom, sister, my girls and I went out to breakfast before my sweet mother-in-law would arrive to my place to watch the girls, so us ladies can go wedding dress shopping! Once my mother-in-law got to our place, our mom, sis, and I headed to Walnut Creek to go pick up my sister’s ring at Tiffany’s (it was getting sized), and after… we went looking for her dress! We went to this one spot in Walnut Creek, but then we decided to head out to Milpitas to go look at dresses over there. Elizabeth tried on like 7 dresses and the first one she tried on was the “one!” It was so much fun hanging out with my mom and sis! I can not wait for the wedding in June!!! June 4th to be exact!

 This was after we had breakfast, it was pouring out!

 Outside Tiffany’s

Note: this was one of the 7 she tried on… this is not the dress she picked 😉

{Momma In Focus Friday}

Today was desserts with your little ones over at One Day At A Time, but we don’t have any in our house so we did a tea party with snacks! We all woke up this morning and Raychel said, “mommy lets have a tea party!” so we did!! It went perfect for momma in focus Friday! Thats why we are all still in our PJ’s =)

 Raychel got her shirt wet so she wanted to get changed!

One Day At A Time

{Hubby Thursdays}

This picture of the hubs and  I was taken right before going to bed last night. We were both busy all day, I knew that before we went  to bed I can get a shot of us! We were both laughing so hard while taken this picture, but we were able to get a good picture without us both cracking up in it (which would have been cute, maybe?)
I wanted him take a goofy pic, but he refused! lol! He is normally ok with goofy pics, but I think because it was late and he was ready to pull the plug. so its just me being goofy.
I love this, cause we were seriously laughing so hard together and I want to keep on making these fun memories with the man I love.

{Just One Of Those Days}

Today I had my whole schedule planned out, but this morning everything changed and it did not go according to what I had planned for my day to go. I am the type of person that when my day doesn’t go the way I thought it would I get impatient and frustrated, because now its a whole new thing then what I was expecting to happen. My girls did not have a good start this morning, they were crying about any little thing, fighting with each other and both wanting mommies attention… all this while I am trying to get things done around the house before I had to head on out. Its stressful, and its testing/tested my patience.

About a month ago I went to our mom2mom group at our church, and we had a great speaker, Scarlett, she talked about being a mom and the season we are in.  She was telling all of us mommies to treasure moments with our little ones because time goes by fast! And that these times are precious, and this season will pass. We go through seasons in life and right now for me my season is raising my girls and raising them up for the Lord. There are times when I just imagine, and want, to travel the world with Ray and we both speaking to people and prophesies to people about our Lord Jesus Christ but, right now I am in the season to train my kids up for the Lord, and I have to remember to treasure these moments and cherish every minute of it! This can/is (be) the beginning of God teaching me something big (Patience maybe?) for when the next seasons come, I will be prepared.

God knows how I/you will be filling today in this season, I just have to remember and be strong to put Him first, pray, and be joyful. Scarlett gave us mommies these 4 key versus and today I am challenged to put them into practice.

1. Colossians 3:23
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord

2. Proverbs 22:6
Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.

3. Nehemiah 8:10
For the joy of the Lord is my strength

4. Philippians 4:13
I can do everything through him who gives me strength

 I will be patient with everyone in the name of Jesus… starting with those incredibly special little people who happen to call me mommy.

Here are a few pictures of our day today…

Oceana would not let go of my leg while I was vacuuming! She wanted me to pick her up and hold her, but being pregnant and holding a 21 month old and vacuuming at the same time.. ugh..no. I felt so bad =( but she needs to learn that she has to wait till mommy is done! and after, I picked her up and we had a great time playing…

 I love this!! When I am playing my music Oceana will close her eyes so tight… I know its because she sees me/everyone at our church closing their eyes while singing praises to God.

 Happy Wednesday everyone!! Tomorrow and every Thursday I am going to be doing Hubby Thursdays! Who ever wants to tag/link on up, link on up!!

{Dear Our 3 Blessings/Princesses}

I don’t think it ever crossed my mine that I would be a mommy to 3 girls!!! I always thought that I would have one of each, but your dad and I couldn’t be any happier!! This is what God wants for us and we are blessed, and thankful! We are so excited for you McKenzie to join our family!! Our God is amazing and is doing great things in our family and you are one of them! You know girls, daddy and mommy want nothing but the best for you guys, and we know that God should always be the center (first) of our family for all things to work out. I see your dad today more then ever wanting and yearning to get closer to God and know more about Him, and what God wants dad’s role to be in this time. I know that a big part that’s encouraging daddy to want to know more about Jesus Christ and what He wants for our family is you girls! Because he knows that without God we are lost, and by him walking in Gods direction is the BEST thing he can ever give you girls, and of course loving me =).  I am so proud of your dad and I love him more and more each day! you know girls, Mommy realized these few days… well I already knew, but it just hit me even more these past days that daddy is also a child of God and mommy needs to love daddy and treat him the way God would want me to treat his child. God loves daddy so much, so I also need to love daddy and see him through our heavenly father eyes. Its not that I wasn’t loving daddy or not being being a good wife, but to love him also in a different way and see him in a different view then just my husband or your dad.  It has helped me just to care and be more patient towards him by seeing him through the eyes of our God. I love him so much that all I want is for him to be loved like he has never been loved. God is love and we should follow in his foot steps and show love, kindness, and forgiveness to all.

 Daddy and I are trying our very best to be the best examples we can ever be for you guys. We know that even at a young age you guys are watching our every little move, from what we say to each other and to you girls and how we act towards each other and other people, and our actions we take towards everything. I pray that I can be the best mommy I can ever be, and to be the best example of how a child of God should walk, and teach you guys the best I can ever teach you girls about our Lord Jesus, so that when you girls get older you will stay firm in His path and never apart from it! I can see you girls doing great things for Gods kingdom, leading people who are lost and broken and in need of that true love that is filling that only comes from our amazing God. I can see you girls having a heart for people. I/we pray for you girls always. I am so glad you guys will have each other to lean on and to encourage each other, always love each other, and pray for one another. We love you Raychel, Oceana, and McKenzie so very much!!! We are so excited to see all the great things God is doing in our life!

Love,

Mommy and Daddy <33333

{Momma In Focus Fridays}

 Rainy day today, so I gave the girls a nice warm bath, had some lunch, read some books, watched the rain fall, and now they are watching their favorite cartoons.
